Rodgers hated to see Nelson leave, as well as all Pack fans out there.

Yeah I too hated that. I still think that was a mistake to let him go.

Nelson signing with the Raiders may be a good thing for him. Still sad to see him go. They should have gotten rid of Montgomery not Nelson.

The Pack is retooling like everyone else every year eh? They'll be there at the end as long as Rogers stays healthy. Same as Pitt and NE in the AFC. Losing fan favorites is the inevitable part of today's NFL. I HATE... HATE to see Amendols leave NE. His impact in big games in big situations can't be replaced. On 3rd or 4th and long in big situations he was usually open past the stick.

The Packers are a one man team. Without Rodgers, they are Cleveland's twin.

The Steelers stole SS Morgan Burnett from the Pack.

The Packers are a one man team. Without Rodgers, they are Cleveland's twin. Yeah but the difference is Packers win games. Cleveland is ummm 1-33 in 2 years.

I am not really that disappointed about Morgan Burnett leaving. I think it was time for him to move on. Dice you might be mad once he misses a tackle or just lets a guy run by him in a close game.

Airfresh the success NE has had in the last 4 or 5 years going to the Super Bowl most of us would love to duplicate. I will be glad once they are truly done. LOL....

The Pack are also organizationally never going to be as bad as Cleveland has been since the originals left for Baltimore. And I hear ya on wanting to see the demise of the Pats sports. If I were in your place I'd feel the same fatigue with seeing the same team over and over. Fans like you and CS can appreciate the excellence while at the same time want to see a different team in championship games and SB's without the hate. Perfectly understandable.

Are there any other Green Bay Packers stockholders here?
I'm one of the 360,760 stockholders. I acquired my stock in late 2011. I had to have my stock certificate replaced in 2018 thanks to Hurricane Harvey. This time, it went in my safe deposit box and I got one of the Stockholder Exclusive certificates to go in the business room.
My housemate Chelsea asked me "Who are you going to root for when the Green Bay Packers play the Houston Texans?"
I follow three teams: The Houston Texans, the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Green Bay Packers. Probably in that order of priority.

I'm not a stockholder. I used to be a fan during the Star/Lombardi years until the Pats merged into the NFL. My wife is good friends with someone who recently bought a restaurant in GB with her husband. They're hard core Pack fans who moved to the area around 15-20 years ago from this area. Don't wanna give the name but I guess a lot of players frequent the place. I also used to be a Steeler fan early on also. I still root for the Pack until or unless they play the Pats in a SB. The stillers? Ah not so much Though it should prolly be the other way around eh? Pack kicked our @$$ in a SB while the Pats own Pitt in AFC championship games.

I am a stockholder. Got mine the last time they had the sale only got 1 through. $250 a pop. I used to be a Steelers fan as well when I was younger. But saw Sterling Sharpe play with the Packers and have been a Packers fan ever since.
