Last Friday at The Falls Miller Ale House ... As usual fantastic food, ambiance and light on the pocket...We never have been to one in The Sunshine State and been disappointed.
Tried to ADD the d to boar, system did not allow me to fix it.

Today is Tex Mex Day at our local Chuy's for lunch....When they opened by us back in July I was one of the 1st 50 customers on line, I received a 12 complete Free 3 Course Meals with no time restrain, today will be my 5th Freebee Day.
They are NOT cheap (Originally from Austin, Tx), but their food is SUPERB. The Creamy Jalapeño Dipping Sauce, as my daughters would say: "To Die For".

Fantastic Lunch today at Chuy's...We love to sit at the Bar when we go there, nice and relaxing...My fresh Baja Shrimp Tacos were super tasty and just amazing, the best I have had in ages. The bartender asked if we have yet gone to the Texas Roadhouse, just a few feet from there, she highly recomended to us that restaurant, I have a gift certificate for there from Christmas, next outing will be to that eatery, she said that she finds them better than the Longhorn.

Yesterday lunch at <The Hurricane Grill>, under 2 mls from home...all fantastic and very reasonable..I had the Fire Cracker Shrimp Tacos with some cold chardonnay...Mother in law had a Grilled Mahi Sandwich with Sweet Potato fries and the Mrs a real nice Salad, Thai Style with lots of chicken pieces in it.

Fridays at Miller's Ale House in Kendall for Lunch .. Great Grub as usual, lunch just got a little messed up when Carrot Face was all over the Screens mumbling total idiotic phrases !!!
But we survived and we hope that the next outing it's at The Texas Road House come next Friday.

The New Olive Garden that opened by us in a center where ONLY restaurants are located (Back in July last year), and under 2 mls from home was our lunch stop today. Great food, service and pricing not too bad in the $$$$ range either.
Our first time there in this location, and for almost a Globlal Chain as they are, the food is more like a Mom and Pop Restaurant, very tasty.

Finally a trip to The Texas Roadhouse...wow ... Great food Super nice Lunch Specials. I am a believer....I do not eat a lot of red meats and very often, but when it's time to do so, they are a sure bet.

BTW I had an awesome chopped steak, 10 full oz., Named Roadkill  wich is a "Texas way" of saying the chopped steak with mushrooms and melted cheese on top is a "Texas good thing to eat." It sure was ....Under $10 with 2 sides !!! |

Went to Chuy's Tex Mex, under 2 mls from home for a 2 PM Lunch....I have still 6 free FULL DINNERS to enjoy until whenever I can., so today the Mrs and I ate and by the time we were done for some odd reason they only charged us for the 3 glasses of wine we had.
We brought home food for an army too...Wow what a Feast we had and will continue to have a couple more days down the road...

The Hurricane Grill last nite for a couple of Baja Tacos and some home made kettle Chips..Great and light for a night cap together with some chilled Chardonnay.

Fridays (as most of them) the wife and I try to go somewhere for lunch, mother in law stays home with a companion. Today we sre not sure where we will wind up later, I will post the place tonite or tomorrow

Chili's yesterday at Dadeland City Center...Great food, nice sizes and very reasonable prices too.
