Rotisserie Chicken
Edit: While looking for the picture I posted, I stumbled upon an article that provides a great timesaving hack for deboning the chicken, which I've linked below. Basically, you stick the chicken in a gallon bag and then simply squish it around inside the bag for a minute until the chicken is completely deboned and mostly shredded.
I tend to use the breast meat separately, often slicing it or making chicken salad -- I see no reason you couldn't pull the breast and wings off (I typically sever the wings and toss them in the airfryer for a few minutes for a nice snack) and process the rest. I'll try it next time!
