doc, how is Winnie doing?
Up late. I've been fixing Sunday morning breakfast for 30 years, it was more fun when my daughters were home, but it's simpler and easier now. We almost made it to church on time. We had Subway for lunch and as soon as that settles it's nap time.

Morgen, Stanley!
Well, Winnie was up and in "her" chair this morning when I finally decided to part the sheets. She was smiling and drinking her coffee and enjoying the company of DIL Sharon, who will be headed back to Noo Messico sometime today, I hear. Her hubby, our Son Jon, is staying for a while. Nice thing about Internet and computers is that they can pretty well run their trucking business in Noo Messico via computer, just as I paid some bills, deposited a check, and ordered stuff Winnie needs from Amazon yesterday.
I'm thinking of writing AlBore a thank-you note for inventing the internet.

Hey Doc! CampKohler has done a good thing here! Jemac emailed me and told me about Fart Friend removing their forums, and he also mentioned this site. I reopened registration in The Coffee Shop in case people needed a place to go, but this site will have more up to date contacts.
I'm glad you're doing well...it's always great to see you!

I do have my troubles with this bulletin-board kind of site, but this time I'll just stick with it 'til maybe I'm comfortable. Fourteen years in "that place" made it just like home, though, so I don't expect this to be like "home" for a while. This time, though, I won't even consider going back to put up with the money-grubbing stupidity and the "points race." Screw that --- screw them!
The hilarious thing is that the AH there are STILL laying low....not a WORD lately!
They remind me of Kim Dong Suck or whatever his name is after Trump told him to just "Come on, if you want some!"
LOL LOL LOL, etc.
