There are 8 Time Zones in Canada/USA so in example the difference between Newfoundland (Canada) and Hawaii (USA) is 6.5 HR.
Anybody can post one minute before the top of the hour (just picking one of those 8 Time Zones) and again 2 minutes later (after the top of the hour)...
- I believe it is not fair to other participants (and IMHO abusing of the rules to take unfair advantage)...
Lets be fair and do not post within minutes, but more than an hour !
