Not today.
As expected, yesterday I filled up at BJs. The pump price was initially up to 3.28 (the adjaent SheetZ was 3.55) but I'd bought something that got 15¢ off, so the net price was 3.13.

I guess SheetZ figures their price doesn't require a BJs membership. I checked and it's $25 for 1 year. So if SheetZ was 25 cents more the break even point would be 100 gallons which would be 5-6 fill ups. So it is worth the membership price. With a SheetZ loyalty card and SheetZ credit card you will save 8 cents per gallon. SheetZ also advertises a 30 cent per gallon savings but I haven't figured out how that works.
