I showered at the LA Fitness after the workout and the Hot Whirlpool...I have there in a locker all the necessary products to come out of there smelling like a Prince....So there I also changed into decent clothes and all set for the day, now I am in the middle of getting the Meat and sausages grilled outseide, using also a cool Apron, not to get dirty and too smelly from the smoke..

Still wearing the Gym clothes this AM, I need to to some yard work out front thus I will use those clothes and right into the washing machine when done outside

Changed to decent shorts and Polo shirt to go to the Miller's Ale House for Lunch, come home,relax and get ready for thr Raymond James Party later on in the Gables 6 to 9 PM

Went out to a couple o' Stores with Mrs today..Traffic is already a P A I N !!!
