Got out of the hospital gown about 11:30 AM for physical therapy:
Blue Champion T-shirt with no pocket and white left-breast wordmark
Black Nike shorts with white SWOOSH and trim
Red Nike Tanjun sneaker with white SWOOSH on uninjured right foot
Yellow and white hospital-type non-skid sock on left foot that had surgery the end of July
Physical therapy today was fifteen minutes on the elliptical, a walk from the edge of the nursing home to the center with a walker (had to take one break), and getting weighed. I was 264.2 pounds. Don't know if that was a gain or a loss in weight. They were giving me more food because I lost weight in August through September.

Had shower last night, will stay in what I was dressed in after the shower for awhile:
Disposable diaper (I leak pee a little, one of the disadvantages of getting old)
Hospital gown
Last time I went to the bathroom, the bandage on my left foot was coming off so I removed it.

Black, blue, and white Reebok warmup jacket because the air conditioning makes my arms get cold
Black Nike shorts with white SWOOSH and trim
Amazon Basics disposable diaper
Bandage wrapped around left foot
When I was out at the podiatrist:
Didn't wear Reebok jacket (84 degrees outside)
Left foot - White and gray Under Armour Fat Tire sport sandal
Right foot - Red Nike Tanjun sneaker with white SWOOSH and midsole

Houston Methodist disposable diaper (not as good as Amazon Basics, will probably change sometime soon)
Yellow and white hospital-type anti-skid socks
