YES - LUNCH - Pasteurized process American. It kind of went with the sandwiches that I made better than any of my real cheese slices.

HEB has pasteurized process Swiss cheese. Not any holes, however.

YES - AFTERNOON SNACK - Three slices of lowfat Colby Jack (twenty slices per pound). HEB store brand. Two ten-slice packages of most varieties for $5, but if you're cheap you can get them in a big stuck together stack more cheaply.

YES - Made two sandwiches. Barbecued beef on onion buns. Two slices of Harvarti on one, one on the other one. And a slice of the yummy stuff neat!
Washed the food with Sodastream Diet Fountain Mist. Tastes like the yellow-green caffeinated citrus flavored pop brand that PepsiCo sells.
