Farmers uncover ancient Chinese 'Terracotta Army'.
While digging a well in China's Shaanxi province, farmers discover the burial site of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China, from 210–209 BCE.
Excavators will discover an estimated 8,000 life-size clay soldiers, and hundreds of horses and chariots, meant for protection in the afterlife.

Thanks so much for the info on the ancient Chinese 'Terracotta Army'.
I saw a program on the History Channel about this and it was amazing.
It showed them restoring some of the broken figures and it was interesting how different each figure was!
