The MN Twins are hosting their home opener today and the news services showed the major effort it took to clear snow from the outdoor ball field and seating areas in preparation for today's game.
Some workers were wearing snowmobile suits with the baseball team logo, is this real?
River cruising seems like a dream, but dream on !
Cold temps are predicted for the rest of the week and we will likely get another snow storm on Sunday.
Not sure if that prediction will affect my urge for a road trip.

Howdy!!
Got the driveway cleared and the roof raked, to clear some building ice dams. Looks good for now, but the next s*** storm might be enuf to push me over the edge. I'm sincerely ready for SPRING. Got an info email from our Marina Manager yesterday stating that this extra Spring snow is slowing down the operations and the hoped for boat launch date of Apr 15 will probably get pushed back for a week or two. Still iced over in the upper harbor and the boat well.

Another bright sunny day! H O W D Y !!! Kinda too bad it's only 17 with a brisk NW wind, makin it feel like Jan 9th. Lookin' forward to more snowpack melt before the next storm on Sunday.

Glad there is sunshine out there, but man alive that wind has a bite! Subzeros for wind chills (30+MPH winds). I don't think we got to 24F today. White crap Sunday and Monday...

Today is PayDay Friday. REALLY!!! I hope Saturday goes really well and Sunday you see no white stuff. It was snowing here today but very little accumulation and the streets remained clear.
