Howdy Folks !
Our nice weather is transitioning into a more seasonal style so we will be saying, "brrrrrrrrr" soon and tuning up the snow shovels.
Leaves are mostly fallen now and with the recent major tree trimming the neighborhood appears to be extra bare this Fall with my jungle being less impressive until Spring when it will be back to reclaim it's glory.
Eagles are about now and then and are always nice to see.
In a chili cook-off last week I placed third but would have done better had I voted for myself but I cast my ballots for others to offer encouragement to them and to hopefully make this an annual event.

Howdy Folks !
For the first time this season I will say, brrrrrrrrr as the temp is hovering around freezing and there is a dusting of snow to remind us that winter is on its way.
Years ago I did cook in chili contests and also did judge them a few times, great fun.
