We had some snow yesterday too, but today is much nicer. Tomorrow will be even nicer. Finally Spring time!
Yesterday I went to doctor's and today I went to Lab for blood test. The test result is coming by email with detailed explanation to me next day, and I like this system. I appreciate today's technology. I have plan to reduce medication, that's why I'm monitoring myself and recording at home everyday.

Yes, happy happy Friday. Finally getting warmer here too.
LBM, are you walking outside? To tell the truth I don't like using treadmill for myself. My back and shoulder get tired very easy and causing pain. I like walking along my favorite river in my favorite park. On rainy day I walk inside shopping mall sometimes, but air quality is not excellent enough for me. Such a day I have my wind pipe problem during the night.

Hooray, HORRAY! Finally got some moisture yesterday. Drizzling rain from noon 'til it turned to snow after dark. Temp now 32° so that white stuff won't be around very long. Hopefully was soaking enough to reduce the fire danger and maybe extinguish a few. After the clouds lift, might see if Pikes Peak has anything. Sure has been dry this winter.

Today was a pleasant day, nice weather with sunshine, no wind. Tomorrow will be nicer. I like to start walking from 9AM and bring lunch for myself and bird-seed for birds and chipmunks.
