There is a gas station near me that has been open for business since December 2019. However, on the web site I cannot Add it to my Favorites list. Using the mobile app I cannot add types of gasoline being offered, let alone enter pricing information. Since I am not on Facebook or Twitter, how can I contact the site owners so that they will activate this station?

carp, I see you have updated the station in the MSL. I think all you need to do is to scroll down below the map and check the fuel types and other features that the station has. Don't forget to modify your station note.

how do we have any way to contact site owners I am not on facebook or twitter I had a member post the station member price non member price is 10 cents higher app will not take it I looked at the bottom of the page clicked on contact form what I see you can only snail mail them un less some one knows more.

spudsgas, GB has some archaic rules in their programming logic to try to control false price posting. Probably one of them is that a user with very few points cannot post a price that is "largely" different from the last posted price. Years ago a 10 cent price swing was unusual or at least less likely. Try bumping the price up 3 or 4 cents at a time (you may have to wait a while between each incremental post, I'm not sure). Another way to contact them is via help.gasbuddy.com but you'll have to keep pestering them after getting a robo-reply and even then you'll be lucky to get a human response. I hear that they respond better on Facebook, but I don't use it either.
