Post one post a day. Except Tuesdays, on Tuesday you can post two separate postings on those days.

There were 8 posts before this one, so 32,949 + 8 + 1 = the number I posted. Well, here is the way I look at it. I started off with the last number I saw over at GB - 32,949. Number of my post became 32,950. Next poster should add 1 to that and come up with 32,951. Next poster should add one and come up with 32,952, and on. And now that I look back, I see what you are talking about. So, in the 'old world', we'd put a note: "32.952 for bluwahoo, 32,953 for jimco22, 32,954 for (jimco22)". This would say that 32.955 is ready for the next poster. Sometimes we had folks who went "wild", and we'd just go back to the last "correct" posting and start over from there. If folks are willing to work with us, and abide by the rules, we'll renumber their posts to bring them into the fold. Some folks can't be "rehabilitated", and we just ignore them. That's enough of my pontification for the evening. If this makes sense, GREAT! If it doesn't, well, we'll keep working on it. Thanks all! |
