Howdy !
Recently talking about our travels my wife and I realized that we have been to a lot of places but still have more to explore.
Our recent road trip to Colorado was more of the same.
On the way there as we took two lane back roads we stopped for lunch at the same place we had lunch about 53 weeks before and when we were quizzed by probably the owner about not being locals I mentioned having been there before.
She didn't see me as a regular but maybe in a couple more years of stopping there she will recognize us.
We saw a lot of wildlife including right in towns.
This morning's eagle sighting just a few blocks from home was special!

Hiya, babycakes!!
Has the heat wave gone away in your neighborhood that I heard about via the web? Was a really dreary Sunday here with clouds and scattered rain. Beats the falling or pelting of white crap we had on Halloween morning. Lost power at my place for a few hours. Long enough to make it feel chilly in here without a cuddle buddy. Might have to put away the short pants that I like to wear indoors, I suppose. Hate to pull out the woolies just yet.
Never saw a single ghost or goblin at my door, again this year. I did not have to buy any candies that I dislike and have to drop off at work to fatten up my co-workers! LOL!
What did you dream about with your extra hour of sleep today? I was in Vegas by the pool in my dreams! Been a very long dry spell on vacations in my world. Hope to change it in the future! Have a great 1st week of November! 135 days to the start of spring!
