prices up 55 cents since the first of the year and they show no sign of dropping back. And with the threat of a war in Iran on the horizon there's no reason for it to not keep going up.  |

My usual "go-to" station peaked at $2.71/gallon, but as of today they're down to $2.59/gallon.
Last tank of gas I got pre-Harvey (the Wednesday night before the storm hit) was $1.97/gallon and I haven't seen it that low post-Harvey.

@sneakers (Metro Houston), Can anyone explain to me the vast difference between the pump price of gas?
I just hung up the phone talking to my Brother who lives in Creve Coure Missouri. He is retired and works as a Courier in and around St. Louis. He buys an excessive amount of gas due to his work. I live in the Midwest and filled up Friday with regular for $2.99 . He just filled up for $2.18!

Prices spiked to $2.35 here today. is this a trump revenge move!? Just the opposite. Contrary to news reports, obviously the transition is moving right along. |

$peedway spiked again in the past week or so, this time to $2.79. It appears that the warning provided by this article (that's based on information supplied by PD) suggesting that the national average price will top 3.00 by Memorial Day will almost certainly happen. |

My master says gas prices are a sham, the gas companies know they can charge whatever they want and they love false crisises as as excuse to charge more!
