As administrator, as you might imagine, there are not enough minutes in the day to read, much less respond, to those notifications prepared for my eyes in endless procession. However, to answer your question, I believe that it would be a matter of the forum's basic operation, and so there is no option to change the menu.
On the bright side. I would be most happy to move this request to the Forum Problems &. Questions Board, where it will peacefully nestle in the bosom of the community of other things I have no idea how to do.

Puzzled by this question. There is a number that appears above the profile menu? I don't think I've ever seen it.
