I enjoyed a normal amount of strength and health and got a lot of deep cleaning done in the kitchen. For that l am happy and enjoyed doing it.

Cooler weather so baked my pot luck casserole which l am grateful turned out tasty. Need to moisten it up a bit to reheat for pot luck today. Casserole is Chicken Florentine. My first try and will make again and again.

The potluck put on by the office staff was done better IMO than the ones done by the Resident's assn.
Better attended as well. It was a new thing hopefully to be annual event. I enjoyed the food.

Yesterday I enjoyed 2 workouts, some boating, fishing, lake/river kayaking, a cookout, watching movies on the boat and island camping on the boat.

The bounty of our local Farmers at the Farmer's market. I simply could not resist. Got butter lettuce, 3 colors of plums, an heirloom tomato that is huge, Chinese eggplant, red grapes,green beans, mushrooms and first of this season Japanese persimmons.

Last week, Monday night, had dinner at my neighbor's. Delicious food and wine and fun conversation.

My neighbor inviting us to a strawberry shortcake dessert on my porch instead of the promised popsicles. 86 degrees and nice conversation. Appreciating my neighbors more and more as l see and hear other people in complex complain and even report their neighbors. I am very fortunate that the 5 of us get along and even like each other.

going shopping with my helper. We worked well together unlike any previous housekeepers and I.
I actually enjoyed it. Didn't stay too long tho as it was my maiden trip after weeks of staying in.
