The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
The video of the "Shack" that you shared with all of us some time ago, Tim, was a very good illustration of the Holy Spirit.

A quote from your link. "God is infinitely greater than we are; therefore, we should not expect to be able to fully understand Him."
It's not about understanding who He is or reverse engineering Him. It is about doing His will. Putting Him before ourselves. Putting His will before our own. Loving neighbours as self rather than just loving self or what's in it for us.

So on point, Tim.
The Lord comes first even before one's own family.
Matthew 10:37-39 “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it.”

Loving neighbours as self rather than just loving self or what's in it for us. Which is precisely why I don't judge others (like homosexuals) nor try to force those who are different than me (Muslims, Immigrants, African Americans, homosexuals) to conform to my norms/beliefs.
If we just treated others like we would want to be treated...

Then there's the problem of wanting others to treat our beliefs the way we want our beliefs to be treated...

After all... there but for the grace of God go we. Just because God has placed us in a formidable position, does it mean we are to lord it over others? Perhaps this favoured position is our burden our test. Good thing GB folded before the diplomas were handed out.

In 2010: “One of my biggest fears is my son growing up and being gay”.
Many, many years ago Kevin Hart made this comment by tweeting. It's his own opinion as to how he felt. What a shame that Kevin Hart was treated so badly over this that he is not hosting the 2019 Oscars.

Wouldn't have bothered me. Could have used someone who wouldn't charge a fee in the family with a fashion sense and an ability to create a tasteful surrounding. But having three straight kids my house is still a home so I can't complain. I'll never figure out those who seem to claim they understand degrees of sin but have no idea of degrees when it comes to the development of a fetus. We all start out female and the degree of masculinity we reach (male or female child) is all a matter of development. Is that the parent's fault or under the jurisdiction of God as anti-abortionists claim.

I think you are ignoring the comedic part of his tweets, especially the one about breaking a doll house over his 2yo's head. But I do agree it is a shame how he was treated, however not because of the same reasons as you, as I would surmise based on your post. He has clearly changed his stance on homosexuality and doesn't have a problem with it at all, unlike many faux Christians who want to judge these folks.

i have a question......if you are hanging on a cross what does politics have to do with anything!?
