Babe, check your messages. I just sent you how to do this. Babe,
home page, (up top), seven buttons over from left to the right is Messages, click on that, please. Then from there, you can send me a private message back if you want to. Don't try to do this on your phone. :-) Chris

I live in Burton MI and I'm about 3 miles form the FOR-MAR NATURE PRESERVE & ARBORETUM. Quite often i see the wild turkeys that live in there. A couple weeks ago there were 7 of them between the fence & the road. They had found a hole in the fence & 7 gotten out, but this is not unusual for them. These turkeys are black, not white.
Chris46....Home page? Hummm Something else for me to look for~~ Got it!

Chris that was of my son at Tahoe meadows a wilderness area. For some reason the birds stay there all winter and are not afraid of people or got use to them. I ve seen the birds skiing at Mt rose ski area too, but they dont approach people there. The ski resort is about 4 miles away from that spot. My son was amazed at the birds landing on his hand to eat the wild bird food. I ve never seen anything like that anywhere. www.summitpost.org/jessie-s-peak-chickadee-ridge/522318 I didnt see anything about the birds. But you can google Lake Tahoe chickadee ridge and look at other photos of people that seen the birds on images. Or type in Mt Rose chickadee ridge. Also I m not sure if the birds approach people in the summer, because there is plenty of insects and other natural food around, but only heard they land on your hand in the winter. All the photos that I saw were winter.

When I get my picture server set up (so I don't hog the quota here) I'm going to post pix of my cats on the cat board and the four pullets I picked up on Sunday. They aren't really pets, although some people do have pet chickens. My goal is very fresh eggs. Once you taste a farm fresh egg, you don't want to go back to store bought again, even the cage free eggs that sell for $3.25 a dozen.
