Smokey cat is curled up on the business room desk, totally and blissfully oblivious to the Super Bowl on the business room TV. Sometimes she'll swat something moving on the screen but not tonight.

He found an open empty cardboard box in the living room. He's fast asleep in it. Cats do love boxes.

Smokey cat is stretched out on the business room desk, low-profile enough that she is not blocking the TV set's chyron. Human is watching Super Bowl LV. Bad guys ahead 21-6 with a few seconds before halftime.

Smokey cat is to the left of the ThinkPad. She does not have the vent holes blocked. Got the vent holes blocked by some accumulated snail mail last Tuesday and the house was permeated by the smell of warm electronics.

Butch cat and I just got back from the vet. His annual check up was fine, and he got his rabies shot for the year. Cried on the way over, but was real quiet on the way back. Now he's playing "Let's see how fast I can get to the other end of the house".
