Smokey cat is curled up in the waste receptacle of a broken paper shredder located under my business room desk. Mostly out of site, mostly out of mind.

Good morning, or as good as a Monday can be.
I woke up this morning on my left side with Pixel's button top of my arm. We had the fan going and usually she avoids us but this time she cuddled at the head of the bed.

Smokey cat has decided her home is a waste receptacle from a broken paper shredder. It's under my desk. The top of my desk is full of accumulated snail mail and writeups from doctors' offices that need to be filed or shredded.

I think Smokey cat has selected her favorite sleep spot. It's under my desk in the waste receptacle of a broken paper shredder. If she gets up on the desk, it is likely that she will get relocated so I can work on the stuff on the desk.

Butch cat was a bad kitty. He ran out the door when a gust of wind opened it and he did not want to come back inside. I had measurements to take before we got to "critical hours" with skywave bringing in other AM stations that would cover up what I was trying to measure and did not have time to chase or wait him out. So he had to take his chances and get fleas and ticks. On the way back I bought some Frontline Plus. He was waiting at the door to be let in. I locked him in the half bath and applied the Frontline Plus. He did not like that. He liked it even less when he was left locked in the 1/2 bath with just food, water and a litter box for company. I don't want him spreading fleas all over the house. He'll be let out tomorrow after the Frontline Plus has had time to take effect.

Butch cat is allowed in the rest of the house again. He's behind the Imac washing himself now.
