Rainy Monday. Chalupa little yappy rat colored dog (it's not mine, I'm more of a cat owner) barking at any little thing going on in the cul-de-sac.

I am the youngest of three children (all boys). When I came home from the hospital, the neighbors came to see me.
Well, they also had a little boy, John. But John didn't know what you call a newborn human. So, he referred to me by the only word he knew for a newborn creature: "PUPPY!"
John looked at me and told one of my older brothers, "His eyes are open, you'll be able to play with him in a couple of weeks!"
I asked Mom. She said it took considerably longer than that for me to do much more than cry, drink, eat, and sleep.

Went in the living room after my last comfort stop and petted two of the cats. Chalupa dog, who is about the size of a cat, hopped up on the sofa and started demanding all the attention.

Took Tiger cat to the vet for a skin infection this afternoon. When I got home, carrying the cat carrier, my housemate's girlfriend was at the door opening it for me. She said Chalupa dog started barking when I got out, then later on when she recognized me as a known human she started whining and wagging her tail like crazy. She does that for all of us.
