I look under the desk, Chalupa dog is licking the callus on the outside surface of my right big toe. I cannot figure out why she is attracted to it. Any ideas?

This morning, I was going to the bathroom when Chalupa dog was headed the same way. She put her nose up to the bedroom of her human and pushed it open. Took a peek in the human's bedroom. Human was asleep and Chalupa was too. She was on the bed.

Chalupa dog (about the size of a cat) got under my desk a few minutes ago. She made a beeline to the callus on my right big toe. Haven't figured out what attracts her to it, but she licks it every chance she gets.
