Glad you are feeling better Tru. I can relate to the pill thing. I must remember to take all my meds. Sometimes I forget and then I feel pretty crappy. Fortunately Cindy cares enough to remind me from time to time (some folks may call it nagging but I never will) to take my meds. Even the extra things she buys like fish oil and a couple of others. I refer to the collection she has me take as snake oil. Lol. Take care now.

WOW tru, glad you are doing better! I am happy now all my pills are now all taken in the evening. When I had some in the am, and some in the pm, and some both, it was confusing. But, now all in the pm only. I have a ton of old pills, that I should just bring in when they take old pills day. Guess we are not sposed to dump them somewhere.
First day of Spring. Flurries. 33F and a REalFeel of 23F, Almost a nice tail and cross winds.

Chris, The snow we got didn't stick but there is a mix for later in the week.
cgrover, I think most sheriff's departments have a medicine recycling program. You may want to check on line for your county.

So I ended up in ER yesterday morning. Didn't even finish my coffee. I was looking for my cup this morning to make a cup. That's what l have a one cup coffee maker.
Thought l might go to Costco today to buy coffee onsale, but l am not sure now. I had a flare up pf a couple of my health issues when put together the advice nurse l called thought of heart issues so insisted l chew some aspirin and call 911.
It wasn't my heart at all but a flare up of vertigo and breathing problems of COPD. Fatigue and such all sounded like it tho.
So l got the ambulance notified my neighbor and good thing because one of the Lunch Bunch saw me leave and the phone vine took over. I had plenty of time in hospital to message that it was not heart so everyone was told.
I got a breathing treatment and a meclazine for vertigo. My meclazine pills are not with my meds and l had totally forgotten about and did not connect with this type of feeling. More of a slosh side to side than dizzyness.
Pills are from 2007 that's how old they are. Guess l need new ones. LOL.
Much much better today, and b/p down from 200 to a good 133/74 and pulse is 71. Before taking b/p meds that is great.

Life is sweet! I balanced an account on my own, for the first time. Just showed last month about it. Many different things this month. Also completed a new, different task quickly and correctly today. Talked to my best bud today, who lives in Arizona. Nice to chat, but learned a friend's ex-wife died a week or two ago. Still have to learn why. And another friend is having depression issues. And, again, a guy that you would never think had a sad moment. But, this was all on the downlow.... Made it to the grocery store and scored!
Hope life is sweet for all of yous!

Makes me mad they won't serve baked potato with prime rib until after 4 pm.
On my agenda yesterday was to go to Costco, about 16 miles from me, but l never even made it to the mailbox, about 16 steps away. I just don't want to do anything. It isn't my fault tho, now l understand it is part of the COPD and so l can get by with not saying l am lazy.
But l will forget that it is a symptom, just like l forgot the meclazine for vertigo.
Very forgetful. I can just picture my cupboards having post it notes telling me where everything is.
It is raining again today, not enough to talk about but wet.
I am not going to post anywhere else l don't think.. not todayanyhoo.

Hey everyone. Taking a break before I hit the mud out there. Snowed a bit but it disappeared and left me with ... Mud. Yeah!!! Well my sister is going under the knife today. She lives in Arizona. Moved there about s year ago with her husband. Long story not for now. Anyhow the doctors exam and findings yesterday were not good and they open her up today. Kinda just not motivated today. Bad news and mud kinda go together. Take care everyone.
