Diving and flying on the same day is a no no.
You can get the bends (decompression sickness).
24 hours wait is the recommended time.

I did know that because many years ago I got certified to dive & went diving in the Caribbean.
It was awesome. Thanks for your post, it brought back memories of wonderful experiences underwater!
