Steaming eggs to hard boil makes them easier to peel... l am told.
Wow l am impressed that really worked. After picking a bit in the middle to start the shelling, peeled off in just 2 halves.

I better get off this computer and start preparing my meal. I also have to move furniture around to get the table out to eat on and the rug and chairs and l have to move my scooter outside to accommodate it all. The problems of a tiny retirement apt.

I just had a thought. Since it's both Easter AND April Fool's Day, I won't hide any eggs and watch the grandbrats go nuts looking for them.

I wonder why they keep putting strings to pull for assistance in senior apts when we all know to just call 911 and some places l lived they didn't use the strings anyway as no one was in office to see the board where they supposedly turn on an emergency light.

Spring arrived here in late February. I'll send some warm air to the North. 76° with thunderstorms predicted tonight and through tomorrow morning.
