15 Watt FM Exciter board from pcs-electronics. Replacing a cheaper one that had a spur 16 MHz above the carrier that was outside of FCC specs.

Got an E-mail from Reebok that they had reissued the 1986-era Reebok BB5600 basketball shoe. Ordered, from reebok.com, a pair of white ones with blue trim. I really wish they would have reissued the BB4600's. I had several pairs of them before Harvey came to visit a bit more than a year ago.
Got my BB5600's today via FedEx Home Delivery. Looked at the box they came in and noticed they were shipped from South Carolina. I'm certain they would like to box up and ship some rain right now, but the coastal areas near Houston have plenty already. I'm far enough off of the coast that I didn't have any problems.

Here's what they look like (a blast from the past):

Got an E-mail that the slow sellers at tretorn.com were marked down 75% this weekend. Being a sneaker freak, I couldn't resist! Snarfed up a pair of Tretorn Nylite hightops in dark blue for $35. Half of what I paid for a black pair of classic lowtop Tretorn Nylite sneakers a few months ago...
And here they are:

I guess the last thing I bought were the 8 cans of Jolt Cola at Dollar General. Stuff that arrived since the exciter board: A "Battery MINDer Plus" Going to hook it up with a lot of instrumentation to a badly sulphated car battery and see if it lives up to the claims. They sent 2 of those free DVMs like Harbor Freight gives away! Also the "Free to Air" satellite receiver arrived. Going to set up my Ku band dish. My SO says either use that dish or get rid of it, so I'm going to use it with the new receiver to see what interesting things I can find within view of the house (our location kinda stinks for playing with geosyncronous sats, only can see about 1/2 of them.)

Didn't like the cardboard magazine boxes my former housemate bought post-Harvey to organize my home office. You'd pick them up and they'd break. Decided to order some sturdy plastic ones from amazon.com to replace them. Made a point of not buying the cheapest ones for sale.

Bought a pair of parchment (off-white) Converse CTAS II hightops from amazon.com over the weekend. You pretty much have to catch these where they're at, as they discontinued the CTAS II in 2017.

Norsat 5700 C-Band LNB on Ebay. Let's hope that is the only remaining problem with the satellite dish.

A dozen black ink, 0.7 mm tip, Uniball pens from amazon.com. Mine constantly disappear. Four pen users in the house, and I'm the only one that buys them.

From Ebay, a VIVOSUN 7 Day digital light timer. I'm going to use it to switch a router to carry a news show at the right time at a college station. That way, no matter what the kids do to the air computer, the show will run as scheduled 8 AM to 9 AM M-F.

The winter is coming (such as it is in Texas, may get down to 30 as the coldest of the year). I have only one jacket, and it got paint splattered when the painting crew was redoing the house late last year. So, I bought another one. Used a $20 off coupon code on it.
If my arms get cold, I also have three fleece crewneck sweatshirts. I bought them so late in the cold part of the year that I've only worn two of them once each.
