I hope I'm not causing undesirable behavior of people trying to "win" the top 3 poster list... lol.
The next things I'm thinking about writing code for, to remind of home:
1. Top daily posters instead of alltime.
2. Consecutive days logging in.
Unfortunately as I don't control the backend database, I can at best only give a guesstimate for these...

Unfortunately as I don't control the backend database, I can at best only give a guesstimate for these... Actually, I think you do have access to what you would need without guessing. If you click on the Members tab, you'll find the list is clickable for each heading, including number of posts. There are 13 pages and counting, and accounting for new members day to day might be a challenge, but the data is/are right there. Capture that at midnight each day and compare the changes in post numbers and you can track daily activity. To make a list at the other place, you had to engage in point producing activity. Here, posting is all there is. Well, there's messaging, but that doesn't seem like a thing. Edit, I guess you found it. I thought I was at the bottom of the topic. Still not used to this feature here. |

The guessing problem is if I miss a day of scanning, then the data becomes invalid. Accounting for new users seems to work just fine, though deleted users is something I have not accounted for explicitly (ideally deleted users' stats won't change).
I don't like "midnight" because there are around 24 midnights out there, unless midnight GMT works...
