This topic is a carry-on from one at the old lousy site with the ossified forum software.
What's going on at the International Space Station?

I suppose they are looking out of the window from time to time just to make sure "everything" is still out there.

... and what about the careening chinese station? You can track the Chinese Tiangong-1 space station here: www.aerospace.org/CORDSuploads/TiangongStoryboard.pngThe prediction window is getting closer now - April 1st +/-36 hrs. The prediction window will close up each day as it continues to lose altitude Here's another page on it too... www.aerospace.org/cords/reentry-predictions/tiangong-1-reentry/Some cool stuff on that webpage - they track all sorts of falling debris from space - and there is a LOT of it up there! Maybe we could send up all that plastic from the oceans and have it burn up in the atmosphere!!! ;-)

Speaking of the International Space Station, they have two astronauts out today working a laundry list of EVA tasks. Estimated time is 6.5 hours. If they were me, their disposable diapers would get a workout!

The 5:00 PM national and international news said they expect the Tiangong-1 to crash in a few hours, probably in the South Pacific far from land.
I was hoping it would land in a Walmart and they could sell it with all the other Chinese junk!
