Sorry, I didn't see this when I started mine. I'll try to delete it.
Justin Turner out until May with a broken wrist. A bad way to start their NL title defense.

Tough break to lose JT for your Dodgers. At least you didn't lose a player for an 80 game PED suspension.

A fractured left wrist for Justin Turner. Reports indicate that surgery is not needed.

The Dodgers are fortunate Chase Utley choose to play another year instead of retiring. With the absence of Turner for several weeks, Utley can play 2nd and Logan Forsythe can fill in for Turner at 3rd.

I believe the Dodgers can weather this storm while JT is out. They do have others who can anchor the hot corner for a month. JT's power will be missed however.

The question will be when Turner returns to action, if he can generate the kind of power that he displayed in previous seasons. Often times when a player returns to action following an injury to the hand or wrist, the player struggles.

Last Dodgers/Angels exhibition game cancelled after 5 due to a sewer pipe break at Dodger Stadium. I hope that is not an omen for the upcoming season.

Only 2 games have been played so far doing the 2018 regular season, but so far the Dodgers offense is horrible without Justin Turner. The Dodgers have lost 2 games in a row by the score of 1-0 to the Giants. Turner's replacement at 3rd, Logan Forsythe is hitless in 7 at bats.

4 games in and the Dodger pitching staff has an ERA of 0.50 and only a split to start the season. The good signs are the Dodger bats have awoken from their slumber and the pitching staff looks to be in mid-season form already. Keep it up Blue. Only 158 games to go! LOL!!

Kershaw starts 0-2 for the first time in his career.
Me thinks Roberts is going to the bullpen to often. He's going to burn those guys out at the rate he is using them now.

Corey Seager has a right UCL sprain and will undergo Tommy John surgery. The 2018 season is over for Seager, and the odds of another World Series appearance for the Dodgers in 2018 is probably gone.
