The cover would help but don't see corporate going that way. Storage and cleaning would be issues and they'd have to admit there's an issue.
No need to push your back. It should heal with a little time.

Cold food isn't that much fun. Hot food is like time in paradise. Tastes better and soothes the soul. Love those soul stirring moments. A Great time is hot/warm food.

It's definitely something they need to work on.
Played 18 today at a pretty decent course. It winds thru a neighborhood, but there's a lot of walking. I got in about 3 miles in the heat.

Attempted to work outdoors. Just walking a little bothered my back. Went inside to ease the pain by sitting in the computer chair w/lots of lumbar support. Need that to remove the discomfort. As long as it works.

Hope the back feels better soon, Midnight.
Got out for golf this morning. It was very hot and I didn't walk as much as normal. Maybe a mile and a half, two, max. After golf, I mowed the part that's closest to the house. Rain is forcasted for tomorrow, so just in case . . . .

Forecast is for t-storms this afternoon, then showers for a week. Will not enjoy the entire week of rain. Not a fan of having a rainy season. Mud is bad every spring. Hope to have a much cooler, dryer summer

Well, that's just the guesser's guesses. Maybe it won't happen.
We ended up getting showers in the late afternoon -- it's pouring now -- but the guesser had them as being likely most of the day. At noon, with TG on an hour+ wait, I checked radar and saw it was clear, then saw a nearby course's tee sheet was wide open. Apparently, an awful lot of golfers believed the guesser. Fools.
So I hoofed it over there and walked 9, playing at least 2 balls on each hole. Afterward, took a little stroll hunting balls and found about 5 dozen. That took me to north of 3 miles.

You found 5 dozen balls, that's about a lifetime of free golf balls. Whack 'em and see how far they will go. It rained so hard here the drops were pelting off the roof and woke me up. Looking for scattered rain and periods of showers.

I have not purchased golf balls in some time. I lose a few, damage a few but find more than enough good ones. The hunt is fun for me.
We ended up with a lot of rain last evening. Fortunately, the guesser blew it today -- we stayed dry all day! With the courses soggy, I went to TG.

The best Boston guessers said it was to rain for 9 days straight a few days ago. It barely rained yesterday. Not making up for it today. The high temp is to be just 66 today. At least it's not a killer hot day soaked in mugginess.

I'm just shocked -- shocked!! -- the guessers blew it.
Played 18 today but we were able to park the cart pretty close to the greens and tees, so not a ton of walking. Probably just a mile and a half or so.

Showers are in the forecast, not as often as the forecast seems to say. Today's latest is showers in the AM and t-storms in the PM. See there is is now sun in some of the coming days. A Big diff from the forecast givin yesterday.

And the guessers have no accountability. Most blow it and don't even offer any explanation. A few years back, maybe 7 or so, we had a guy named Bill Kelly who would actually explain what happened that was different from what he expected. But he was also a guy who would say that the models are showing x but he doubted that would happen and went a different way, usually getting closer to what we got. He left to go to D.C. and then a year or so ago, I heard he moved to Philly.
I mowed this afternoon, raising the blade to 4.5 inches, as some areas are starting to get a little dry. I did see that a bed that I treated with shredded Irish Spring soap is resisting the deer nicely. I reapplied it two weeks ago when I noticed some leaves had been chewed down.

Have small tree that fell on my clematis knocked it down and it's 10' ½ copper pipe stake. Will cut it and re-stake the plant. It's a good looking shade of dark blue/purple and grows 8' tall.

Great that you can save it. If it looks anything like this, you wouldn't want to start over:
Did a bunch of odds and ends today, plus went to TG.
