Well, we definitely didn’t dodge the snow in Chambersburg, PA. I have 10” so far and the forecast is for another 5-10” today. Not supposed to end until after midnight. I shoveled off my 100-yard driveway yesterday afternoon, but left the big parking area alone. I could have used the snow blower, but I just wanted to get some exercise and we only had 5” of light, fluffy stuff at the time. It only took about 90 minutes to do that and I felt better after getting a decent workout. Today I’ll be using the snow blower because I have to get the whole thing cleared out. Of course, since it’s still going to snow after midnight, I’ll have to do it again tomorrow morning. Makes me feel sorry for people in New England.

Good Morning, niaw and all. It's 27F this morning, with an inch or 2 of snow overnight, with another inch today. High will be 33F.
Dr_Denny, sounds like you really got socked this time. There should be a law against having that much snow in spring time.

It's 30° with light snow falling in the backyard this morning. We have escaped the brunt of the snow so far, with what's falling now starting within the past 30 minutes. Hope it stays away!
rover11 - I'm glad you got the chance to celebrate the first day of Spring in style! 70°.......no such thing around here.
OlRoy - I think it's going to be a while before you get to experience Spring, but wishing the best for you all up there.
joelimo - NYC or NYS? Yay for evaporating snow!!
gramsjc - totally agree with you on seeing nicer weather, but I can't say that we have snow piles around here; not even in parking lots.
johnmori - looks like Spring is starting to catch on down there - keep up the great work!!
laceylady - so, we know that the band is losing, but what tune is it playing? Hoping for sun and warm weather for your backyard soon.;
suvfan - snow must be everywhere. Watching a webcam in La Grange, KY right now and even they have snow on the ground and cars.
eggman - ah, narrowing in on your location. Glad to hear the mud is drying up. My yard is starting a slow thaw, meaning it will be mud soon too.
drdenny - 10"?!! Yikes! I figured you would get a bunch down there. If the sun comes out )tomorrow), maybe it will melt it all quickly, like joelimo.
waubeek - can't get over your avatar: is that your dog, or did you grab the image from somewhere? Imagine the mem one could make up for that (not going there)
loranda - if you read up, I watch a webcam in Kentucky, and they are having their share of snow too. Up where you are, I'd almost expect it just from lake effect, let alone storms.
laceylady - not sure if I want to ask what a "4 Easter" is or not.
