If it's going to snow on St. Patty's Day, shouldn't the snow be green? Just sayin' . . . .

It's 34° and sunny in the backyard this morning. I see we've been moved (yesterday) and have found our permanent home. Looks like a lot of you didn't have a problem in finding us.
hen23 - we have a Clinton County, too, just to the west of Williamsport! And you have a high of 50 going for you too!
drdenny - our snow was gone by the end of yesterday. Better be prepared to stand in line if you're planning on doing in P.Phil - LOTS of people are getting pretty darn fed up with this snow stuff! SUVFAN asked a good question today though: "If it's going to snow on St. Patty's Day, shouldn't the snow be green?" Good luck with your house guests tomorrow. I always thought it was morning doves, but you know me and my knowledge - thanks for the one new thing per day I've learned today!
BGJam - We've seen a few in our backyard over the past couple of weeks too. The sad thing about the robins these days is that they have to do their singing in the snow.
rover11 - you're looking at 88° today!!?? Send some up/over please! Where did you say you were from again?
walrus - your avatar is quite appropriate for this weather - how about changing it to a walrus on the beach or something....
bluwahoo - sorry about the rain down there - it WILL get better (it better!)
waubeek - we're having similar weather here too - and getting quite tired of it.
joelimo - 71° is something we are really looking forward to!
johnmori - starting to warm up down there. Do you have Red Bud trees in your area, and if so, are they blooming yet?
loranda - do you still have a foot of snow, or is the sun melting it for you? How's the ankle doing?
laceylady- hmmm, no cattle in my area, but will remember that next time. Can't forget the time we picked up better ½'s uncle at bus station and we passed some cows on the way home - he flipped out over seeing them. He lived in NYC all his life and had never seen a live cow.
eggman - yeah, me too. On top of that, I have moles AND voles digging up yard which makes it even worse.
suvfan - your quote about green snow almost sounds like something out of Steven Wright's mouth.

Sorry, we didn't make the record 88 yesterday but it was up to 85. And it is 71 right now on its way to 81. If we can box it we sure will send some to you. It might take until mid or late summer.

The temp was in the low 70's yesterday with some rain in the late morning.
Temp 62 out and partly cloudy sky. Had a passing rain shower to the north
of us around 1am. Calling for rain late Sunday night into Monday.
Temp to be low 70's again today.
