It's been much of an overcast day with wet conditions. Temperatures are topping out at 8C (46F), so a bit cooler than I think it normally would be for this time of year in Vancouver.

3°C - Raining . Will end this evening then cloudy with 30 percent chance of drizzle. Fog patches developing late this evening. Wind southwest 20 km/h becoming northwest 20 after midnight. Temperature rising to 8 this evening then falling.

Need_Batteries -- on the now discontinued site I had mention about an items that we are using that makes our landline work like a cellphone. And, yes it does use our cellphone minutes, but that is not an issue for us. Will I have been busy working around the yard and other things.
I like how you can write in different color. You couldn't do that
at Gas Buddy. Makes the conversation more interesting.
Will even though they took down the Form and the Whiteboard.
You can still go to the Inbox upper right corner and message
your Gas Buddy Friends. They haven't taken that away yet!!
They still have the five article on the front page for now.
You can get 125 points for reading and 500 for posting.
You still can post your Gas Prices there too still.
I still see a lot of people posting on there.
Temp to start moving up to the upper 60's to mid 70's this week.
Low in the upper 40's to Low 50's at night. With a 20% chance of rain.

Hey Vanky! How are you doing these days and glad to see you on this board. The old one has now gone the way of the dodo. I wonder who had the last word on that forum?
Due to my timezone, I missed the local 9pm (12am EDT) reset on gasbuddy and of course, the forums officially ended at that time, so I couldn't look into the forum before it closed for good.
Gas Cat: We got rid of our landline cordless phonesd (used them to replace the failing units at my mother in-law). And of course, the in-laws are not planning to use any cell phones any time soon. Like my own dad, I bet they haven't used an ATM in their lives before. Thanks for the link though. I have never heard of that company, so it might be exclusive to the US. Good find though as obviously, it's making life easier for you.
