Wrapping up a pretty good day.
Isaiah's room now was my room when I was at the house between the time I stayed with Chelsea's Mom and the time I was in the FEMA evacuation hotel so the construction could take place without me around being in the way. I came in my bedroom and found another pair of sneakers on the floor. I knew I had them at one time, but I didn't know where they were. AJ told Isaiah to clean up his bedroom, so he probably found them.
I've taken my bedtime pills, the nation of Israel has been commanded, and I've seen the local news.
Chelsea wants to go to church with her Mom tomorrow. She told me, "You need to be up by 9:00 in the morning!" I'm going with her as is AJ. I think that's only a problem for Chelsea. The other three of us are usually up well before that time. The church is very informal. Chelsea told me I could wear a T-shirt and shorts.
A crew from Chelsea's Mom's church came over and helped AJ take all the waterlogged stuff out of the house. I only got back in the house when it was completely gutted. The first thing that we put in the house was three beds. I am going to ask Chelsea's Mom to introduce me to some of the people who gutted the house. We've decided we're going to have a barbecue when the house gets back to 100%. Hopefully, that will be in another month.
The second thing we put in the house was Internet. We are data hogs. We've used 933 gigabytes of data transfer so far this month. That's a huge amount.

Excellent I would like to give a great big HIGH 5 to Zoebug 98. She saved my day. I was having trouble signing on to GBO. After messaging her she saw my problem and helped me correct my error. Again thanks Zoebug and Happy Easter

It's been a great day! Starting to cloud up in the west. 1 to 3 inches of white stuff is supposed to arrive overnight. No big deal -- the guesser want's a high of 45 tomorrow. Sneakers, that's a great collection. The red converse all star high tops stand out to me. Good luck with your avatar tonight, Patty!

Easter bunny came in to my backyard today for greeting. During winter time it was recognized by only foot prints.

Had a good Easter Sunday.
Slept until about 8:00 AM. Chelsea brought me in a plastic bucket full of fake grass and Easter candy. I ate some of the candy without realizing that would mess up my morning pills until too late.
Got in the business room and got two E-statements: the one for my secondary checking account (which is going to get a good bit of use this month because that's where I took the checks from the FEMA flood insurance to be deposited), and one for the taxable brokerage account that I'm closing (which had two stock dividends along with the corresponding transfers to my new brokerage account).
Chelsea went through my closet and dresser and picked out what she wanted me to wear to Church. A purple T-shirt, a gray pair of Nike shorts, and a pair of incredibly multicolored Nike Metcon crosstrainers. I think she would have had me in a pair of purple sneakers to match the shirt but that's one color I don't have.
AJ drove to Church, which was held in the Houston Hobby Airport Marriott, and I got gas prices along the way.
We had a number of songs, some of which were done acapella and some that were done with a worship band. Chelsea's stepdad plays guitar in the worship band.
When it came time to read from the Bible, the reader was using a cell phone.
As is appropriate for Easter Sunday, the topic was "resurrection." I learned something that I didn't know: there was a resurrection mentioned in Old Testament scriptures.
I forgot to ask Chelsea's Mom to introduce me to the church members that came over and gutted my house after Harvey.
After the service, AJ, Chelsea, me, and three members of Chelsea's family (Mom, stepdad, and half-sister) went out to a Mexican restaurant. I had a trio enchilada plate (one beef, one cheese, and one chicken), rice, and refried beans. We had tortilla chips to eat while they were fixing the entrΓ©e. I washed down my food with iced tea. I was so thorough leaving nothing on the plate that Chelsea asked if I was going to lick it clean.
We headed back home. Chelsea is now learning to drive. She did it enough illicitly that I think she drives better than I do.
Then, we headed for Walmart, one of the stores that were open today. A lot of stores were closed for Easter Sunday.
Chelsea noticed the Escape had the low fuel light on, so she pulled into an overpriced Chevron. She asked me if I was going to put in the gas, and I said to Chelsea, "You picked out the station, you can put in the gas." She did, with a credit card I handed her. At least I put it on a card with the highest rebate that I could get at a Chevron station.
We got a whole basket full of stuff for the house at Walmart. I wanted to get some half-liter Sodastream carbonating bottles, but they only had the one-liter size. I may try some of the other stores that carry Sodastream supplies for half-liter bottles. If I have no luck, I can always order them direct from Sodastream.
On the way back from Walmart, we passed an Exxon station under construction. I said to Chelsea, "They seem to be building a lot of Exxon stations in this area." She said she hadn't noticed. Of course, being a gas price reporter, you pay attention to the stations. I usually seem to be the one in this area that adds a new station to the Master Station List. The under-construction Exxon is fairly close to being done. They've installed their pumps and their price signage already.
I got back home, and there was a stack of amazon.com packages that the USPS delivered today. Isaiah emptied out the Escape, and Chelsea put stuff around the house.
By that time, it had been a while since I ate, and then I could take my morning pills (one of which needs to be taken on an empty stomach).
I got three more E-statements: my two active brokerage accounts, and my Amazon Prime Store Card.
I got in the kitchen and made myself a liter bottle of Sodastream Diet Cola. I've consumed enough of it that the syrup bottle was empty after I made the pop.
I then watched the news from 5:00 to 6:00 PM on ABC 13. They were talking about the weather further north than here bringing an April surprise to the Northeast.
I then watched Roseanne. A TV show that actually shows someone in bed with a CPAP mask on their head. I took the selfie a few months ago. I did have somebody who saw it point out to me that my mask straps are twisted.
Now, I'm watching "Jesus Christ Superstar Live In Concert" on KPRC-TV (NBC 2 in Houston). I've got the soundtrack CD (or I did; I did rip it but I haven't been through what's in the CD rack post-Harvey). They weren't stored in any particular order, so it's kind of random what remains.
AJ polled all of us as to what we wanted for supper. Subway won out. AJ is off getting food right now. But Subway was closed tonight, so he's going to Wendy's instead.
AJ is talking about getting my power cords run in the business room. I'm now plugged into an outlet in the dining room. I think he'll have to wait until daylight hours to do it because when you unplug the power strip the room goes dark.
