weaslespit, when you get to my age, 5 minutes of hard rock are tought to take, the soft jazz that I enjoy in this day and age retaxes me to no end, thus the dangers of a silent ride.

The manual will always be alive as long as I'm driving unless:
1) I move to a city with slow, stop-and-go traffic like Atlanta or DC. 2) I get arthritis in my left knee or some other medical condition that prevents me from shifting gears well or without pain. 3) I choose to go electric or hybrid. Those options don't meet my needs now, but later on who knows... 4) I simply can't find one anymore when it's time to buy again.
