You'd probably have to link the pic to another site where its hosted; i.e., Flickr, Amazon, Google, your personal blog, etc...

Received some fantastic news today. The sister of one of the people I work with is opening a coffee / dessert shop next Saturday. I told him last week that a good way to fill one of her walls and make some extra money would be to display and sell some of my pictures. He called today and said that she loved my pictures and wanted to start by displaying 6 - 8 of my pictures when she opens. We already discussed sizes and she is picking the pictures from my Instagram account. She left pricing up to me. I am drawing up a contract to protect both of us. Already received some good advice from a photographer friend in North Carolina. May or may not make us money, but it is worth a shot. Not a lot of effort required on either of our parts.

stlhaw, that's great. Coffee house exhibits can be a lot of fun. Will she give you an opening? Maybe if she provides the coffee you can provide some snacks to go with it, unless she wants to provide some of her deserts, too. It's a good thing to have an event to do p.r. around. Have you exhibited before? Will you make your own prints and how will you present them -- frames or ?? Have you decided on what percent of sales go to each of you? If the exhibit idea goes over and she wants to continue it with rotating exhibits, maybe she can hire you to curate it. Mmmm, I can smell the coffee now.

I think you could sell that one! What would be neat is to give the lat/long, so we can go look at the place on Google maps, etc. Okay, none of the others I was with that day were at the meeting yesterday. (It's Easter and Passover, a double-whammy for family commitments.) I'll phone the guy who was driving tomorrow and ask if he remembers where it was. I looked all over Boyd County and did not find anything from the aerial view that looked anything like it.

The bad news, or good news, depending on how you look at it, is that I do not drink coffee. We do not have an opening event scheduled. The shop does not open until next Saturday so that is the most important thing on the owners mind. Maybe we can schedule and event around the pictures at a later date. I will be there on opening day to support her and have some of her ice cream. It is delicious. She also serves hot tea so I will have something to drink. My pictures have only exhibited in photo contests that I have dome well in. This is the first time that it will be just my work. I have an excellent local photo lab that I use and they will print my pictures. Prints on metal are popular here so I am going that route to start. She is keeping 30% of the sales. Thanks for all of the thoughts on how to expand this.

Update for those who care. I just found out that the scene is "Somewhere between Plainview and Winnetoon, and not Boyd County" so I tried to re-trace the path and haven't found it yet, but I really haven't had that much time to concentrate since it's a Monday On Steroids and I have real work to do. Film at 11.

Found it! For those who care, if you surf to the link below, that kind of fuzzy thing across the road from the two houses is the tree in the foreground. The church is obvious to the southwest of the tree. I would have been standing right across from the upper house, just in front of the barely-visible fence. This is just outside of the thriving metropolis of Bazile-Mills, Nebraska. This is so far out that you would need to drive an hour to reach the Middle Of Nowhere! "https://www.google.com/maps/@42.5122552,-97.9080671,465m/data=!3m1!1e3" Seriously, I enjoyed the trip and I'll post more from that shoot. Edit: That link will not post properly on this board, for some reason. Highlight and copy what's between the quotes and paste it in your browser and it should work.
