The Joker, released back in '73 by The Steve Miller Band is stuck in my head this morning thanks to this song meme: In case it goes missing, it's a picture of Mr. Spock featuring the lyric, "Some People Call Me Maurice"

That meme has The Eagles 1972 hit, Take It Easy stuck in my head this morning!
The photo features a man standing on the corner in Windslow, AZ with the reflection of a brown Ford in the window.
That would truly be such a fine sight to see!

Neil Diamond's Sweet Caroline is so much better than this ad that stuck it in my head.
In case it disappears like others I've posted, it's a ham ad with a square divided into 4 smaller squares. The upper right box has a picture of a single ham with the word, "HAM" printed above it. The upper right box has 4 hams that overlap slightly with "TOUCHING HAMS" printed at the top. The 3rd box (lower left) again has a single ham with stick figure arms with gloved hands at each side. "REACHING OUT" is printed at the top. The lower right box has the same ham as the 3rd box but "ME" is printed next to the left hand and "YOU" is printed over the right hand. "TOUCHING ME" and "TOUCHING YOU" are printed at the top and bottom of the box.

The Elton John version is more familiar to me but the Beatles did it first. Regardless, this comic has Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds stuck in my head this morning: Seeing that the last item I posted disappeared (I found a different source for the post, but still . . .), I'll describe the comic in case it goes missing, too. It has five panels. In the first, a woman standing between two men exclaims, "Look! Up in the sky!" The man to her left replies with the familiar, "It's a bird!" In the 3rd frame, the woman says the next line: "It's a plane!" In the 4th frame, the other man says, "It's . . . " The 5th frame, as wide as the 3 above shows the trio looking up at Lucy from Peanuts sitting on a cloud holding a large diamond with what must be several other diamonds resting on either side of her. The comic bears some sort of insignia followed by "Barth" and then the signature "Michael Odonoghue." Edit: It did disappear. I can't locate a duplicate (maybe the Peanuts copyright holders objected?) though it was apparently created using a meme template that lets you put whatever you want in the final, bottom frame of the comic. I found several and include this one using Bitcoin as an example:

This morning, a comic has Bob Dylan's Blowin' In The Wind stuck in my head: The last one went missing (I'll post an alternative if I can find one) so here's a description:
A kid's sitting at a desk and is instructed to "write your answers to test questions here." In frame 2, the answer sheet flies out an open window. The 3rd frame shows the paper floating down in front of a man walking down the sidewalk carrying a guitar case. The next frame shows the paper landing on the man's face. The final frame contains the caption:

This meme stuck Pink Floyd's Another Brick In The Wall in my head this morning:
Loose the Elmo-speak and, "We don't need no vegetation; We don't need no carb control . . ." might have some parody potential!

One Sunday Pearls before Swine comic strip managed to stick two Neil Diamond songs in my head! Straddling the decade, I keep hearing Sweet Caroline from 1969 and I Am I Said from 1971!

So now, Guns 'N Roses' Welcome To The Jungle is stuck in my head.

The song meme, below, has Brian Adams 1983 hit Cuts Like A Knife stuck in my head:
In case it goes missing, the meme features a pizza in a box. On the top, it reads, I lost my pizza cutter so I used a Bryan Adams CD. Below the picture it reads, "It cuts like a knife."

Today a song meme has Don McClean's American Pie ('71) stuck in my head -- not a bad thing! Just in case it goes missing like so many other, the meme features a picture of a blue Chevy breaching a levy. Above the picture: The awkward moment when you drive your Chevy to the levy and the levy isn't dry.
Beneath the picture: This is what happens when you're drinking whiskey and rye.

Another song meme, another song stuck in my head. This time, it's Friday I'm In Love (1992) by The Cure: In case the meme goes missing like so many do, it's a picture of a diner. On top of the pic, it reads, "I don't care if Monday's blue, Tuesday's gray, and Wednesday too, Thursday, I don't care about you. It's:" Then the diner's sign says, "Fried Egg, I'm in Love"

This Joe Lennon cartoon has the theme from The Beverly Hillbillies stuck in my head:The last Lennon cartoon I posted came from a similar url. In case this one goes missing, this one is dated 2/7/24 and features a caricature of Buddy Ebson in character on a comedy club stage with a JED Talks sign beside him. The caption reads: "And then one day I was shootin' at some food..."
