No, Tru. He's not interested in anything resembling sports at this point. My son wasn't either, and never has been.

Geezer, my son either. Mind games, electronic games yes. Not on a field or physical. In the small high school l put him a country high school, he was put on the football squad as a bench warmer because they had to have so many men to make up a team. I don't think he ever played in a game.

Every time the fires start back up in California I become concerned for your safety, Tru. How's it going?

Well Geezer l guess l am lucky to be where o am. In a little pocket of Napa that they don't turn off the PGE but something happened to purs and we lost power for 15 hours on Sunday. No warning so l feel it was an accident or transformer blew. I am doing ok thank you but l am very concerned about all this. No rain for us for at leas t 2 weeks. If then.

Since l stopped taking all the b/p meds this dr put me on , l have improved to the point that not only can l walk so much better, but l will drive to dr today. Eyesight now ok and little or no shakes and l feel what IS left is due to the bronchitis. Tail end of that treatments also. Compared to how l have been feeling, l would say l feel wonderful. 90% better.

Well that was a week ago and l still haven't been able to go anywhere or even to mail box. Mailman was kind enough to bring my mail to my open door and call out my name. How about that for service? My caregiver does not drive people to appts or shop but l may take her in my car to shop today just in case and she can read labels etc for me. I have tried that with others in the past and it didn't work out well but this is another person and she may be helpful and not get in my way on scooter or lead me all over the place. We will see. If l am up to it l would like to try.

Housekeeper and l worked well at the store and she packed all in the trunk and carried it all in to house. The car now smells of smoke tho and she didn't smoke in it. It just comes off of her hair and clothes. Wish she didn't smoke. Other than that and a few inconsequential things, she is a great caregiver/housekeeper.
Hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving month.
