Life is good and if we want to prolong it we follow the rules. But when rules get to be more than we can handle, mentally or emotionally or even monetarily, we venture out and that's when we'll have a new Spike.

Life is good in CA gas prices are finally down as low as the rest of the states usually are. But we aren't driving anywhere so don't need to buy right now.

Things are looking up, but it ain't over yet, folks. Stay vigilant. Tru, you remember the Spanish flu pandemic of 1918, don't you? It came in three waves over nearly three years and killed 600,000 Americans. Let's not let this "pandammit" be worse.

My grandparents were there for it, but I don't recall any of them ever talking about it. I mentioned the current pandemic to the two eldest grandsons and said I wonder what they'll be telling their kids and grandkids about covid-19.
The elder grandson is graduating from high school next week. He's not overly upset about there not being a usual ceremony and I pointed out that his graduation ceremony will certainly be different from other classes.
Life is still good, just a bit harder in 2020. Stay safe.

My mother's first husband was killed in the epidemic in 1918. He was in the army.
Our senior complex has had its first announced covid-19 case. a note on our door yesterday Karm saidd a member, did not specify office Clerk or maintenance person or tenant. But AR Countyhas covid-19 cases rapidly increasing now. Not just because of testing because these people are entering the hospital or have beenhaving symptoms. I know we know someone within 300 units is active and has been moving around our complex with the infection. that's like you being told someone on your block is infected. Too close for comfort

It's hard to look at life is being good right now. However it's better than the alternative isn't it? Nothing else to talk about so I'll talk about the weather. The weather forecasters had predictedNikes all week(that's funny) there no nineties all week, and fortunately they are wrong again. It's been in the 80s. And quite Breezy so comfortable. A better Outdoors than inoh, so ever got my doors open trying to bring the cool arein side. air I need a translator for this translation.

The pool has been open for awhile now, Tru, and well used by the grandsons and their friends. It's been hotter that the surface of the sun lately and the water temperature is up to 93.

Wow that's hot for water temperature kind of like a hot tub lol. I miss the pool we had at the last complex. Getting the weight off of my feet let me exercise a bit more by going to the pool.

You can come over and swim in our pool, Tru. You gotta wear that string bikini you got for Christmas, though.
