MadDog. Let me know how that intake works. I really want to put a cold air intake in my stang. You going to change the muffs too?? Anthony tells me to get the most out of it do both.
Dirtgirl. I never seen that movie. If I get the opportunity I'll try to remember and put it together.

Well I got to get back onto fixing fences today. Been side tracked with a couple of issues plus really wanting to get work on the garage done before my busy season starts. The cattle are getting a little picky now since grass is just starting to grow. Next few days looks good around here so grass will start to grow some. The cows will put their noses up to hay. I'll have to break out the cow candy. that's 2nd cut hay that is stored in the barn. It will keep them satisfied for a couple of weeks hopefully. Long enough for me to run all the fences and fix them. Depends on how many posts are broken from trees falling. I'm an old hand setting fence posts by hand but in some places the ground is either still hard (kinda froze) or mud. Which makes it hard to work. When I was building this farm up I would set 25 posts first thing for the day then start my work around here. Those days are behind me. Well my coffee is done brewing, the rooster is crowing and it's time for me to start moving even though I don't want to. Take care all and Be careful out there.

Life has always been good, but often I've been too busy to recognize it as it's happening. I love being retired, 'cause now I do everything on my schedule rather than having my life revolve around work.

Hello Maddog, I thought I read you were in the Navy. Is that correct? I thought USMC was United States Marine Corps. Were you in both? One of my immediate family was in the Navy. Ceremonial Guard in DC and A Coxswain on the USS Randolph. No, I was only in the United States Marine Corps. I've been on ships but as a Marine! Pretty cool about your relatives! I bet they have some stories! |

I think all of us have went through good and bad times weather we want to admit it or not. Some of us health wise, some of s other wise. I lost a daughter at 31 to a drunk driver; her husband. I lost my husband after 49 years of marriage to Mesothelioma. Life is NOT fair that's for dang sure. Sorry for your losses. That sux!  |
