First, a stop at the "Gluten Free Basket" store to get 10 pounds of rice flour. Then Dollar General for 10 cans of Jolt Cola. Finally Aldi for 2 Gal whole milk. Another big pack of chicken breasts which I plan to freeze. They were out of frozen potatoes!. Frozen broccoli, carrots, sugar snap peas, water chestnuts, 4 avocados, 6 green bananas (they will be ripe by the time we use the ones already in stock) M&Ms candy and 2 doz free range eggs. Then over to Redners to get the crinkle cut fries and potato puffs that Aldi was out of.

The "Fill the freezer" run!
Aldi. 24 packages of "Califonia Medley" 12 Packages "Stir Fry". 2 "Family Packs" of chicken breasts. They were out of frozen potatoes, so I made a Wegmans run to get 20 lbs worth of "potato Puffs" and French Fries. While there I cleaned out their supply of uncured sugar free bacon and got 12 pounds of grass fed beef. All went into the freezer. Will "top off" the freezer next week.

Monday grocery trip. At Aldi I bought more potato puffs, crinkle cut fries and chicken breasts to finish filling the freezer. Then to Redner's to get cat food and cat litter. Final stop Dollar General for Jolt Cola. Now I'm almost ready for the bad winter that's coming.

Bought groceries online at costco.com - two 21-packs of Hershey's shelf-stable chocolate milk. That should hold us for a couple of weeks.

- A four-roll pack of gift wrapping paper
- A 40# bag of Kirkland Signature dog food
- A 20# bag of Kirkland Signature cat food
- A big box of instant oatmeal packets
- Two family-size Michael Angelo's frozen entrees

Bought nearly $100.00 worth of uncured sugar free bacon at Wegman's to go in the freezer. Now if only the oil guy would make the delivery I'll be all set for Winter.

Went this morning to Walmart to exchange two Sodastream carbon dioxide cylinders. They're $29.96 new, $14.96 exchange. One cylinder can make 60 liters of sparkling water. Now I have three full cylinders and one in the machine that's been used for a while.

Went to HEB this afternoon. Had a friend with me. The friend doesn't drive but lives with her parents. She got a ham hock and two one-pound bags of frozen collard greens.
I got two items for $21.32: a spiral-sliced fully cooked ham and a bag of chips. The bag of chips was free with the ham. There were other items that I could have gotten free with the ham, but I wanted to get home and the chips were in a display next to the ham. Didn't really think I would have liked the other items, so no great loss.
