The unnamed organization has announced its choice to discontinue the Forums. I'm disappointed, but will survive. I have had the opportunity to run a series of games for 4 plus years. it's been fun, and I made friends along the way. Times and things change. What's your opinion? This is an opportunity to vent, if you need to.

I'll admit I'm curious. The Unnamed has announced the website will more or less match the mobile app. I will withhold hard judgement until we see what it looks like. Spring overrides any of this foolishness. I.M.O., it's the Best Season Ever! Regards.

I will certainly go back on or about March 28 just to see what remains and how it functions. I ***might*** stop in periodically to check a price or a pricing trend in another area of the metro area or across the state if I am traveling, but reliability of price posts has been spotty at best for years.

I will continue checking/reporting gasoline prices from either my phone or my PC. Some people in my area post incorrect prices, so I want to continue to help others find the cheapest gas prices that are accurate.
However, with the Forums, whiteboards and the Albums being closed, there really won't be much of anything to do on the site other than check/report prices. So my time on the site will be drastically reduced.

I will stay on that site after the forums go away. I will continue to post prices and check prices via the app.

I got an offer to take part in a survey via GB Interview on Monday April 9th in the morning. Will see what it is about. Fro now I will login to check prices, etc.

My current plan is to continue to post whatever the bare minimum is to obtain daily points. My goal is to post as seldom from "proximity" as I can. Sometimes it won't be practical to get further away but my goal is to not contribute valuable data.

Of course, they get one entry just for joining. I'd bet quite a few just keep starting new screen names to get the extra entry and TPTB don't care -- it just makes their numbers look higher. |

BTW, I've rated their App a "1". While there are too many ratings of "5" to water that down much (4.6 average last I checked), it does track the total number of 1s. The more the merrier!

I may use the site to check prices when I'm on a trip, but other than that I'm done with it.
